Here is Pavlova with whipped cream and Persian cherries. When I make Pavlova again I’m going to make it exactly like this one. Let’s see if it comes out the same.

(4 egg whites room temperature; 3/4 cup fine sugar; 1 tsp each vanilla, lemon juice, corn starch; inside 8″ to be tall enough; 1 hour 250 deg convection; sit in the oven 3+/- hours; 1/2 hour 250 deg convection; sit again until ready to use)
