Then I was due for an afternoon walk with my across the street neighbor Kathleen but instead I took her to the emergency room because earlier in the day she had smashed her knee in a fall and couldn’t walk at all.
Thankfully she will be fine in 4-6 weeks of immobility. She is SO grateful and what a reminder to us all: Don’t Fall!
