Then I went with Anya to see the movie Jiro Dreams of Sushi about this Japanese National Treasure and Three Star Michelin chef who’s been serving sushi at a 10 seat counter in a Tokyo train station for 75 years. It was a documentary and it was delightful. Anyone with any affection for sushi will looove this movie.
Then we went out to eat sushi!
