We got all the different kinds of their speciality, the testi kebab? – combinations of food placed in a clay pot, sealed, and baked for several hours.
To serve, with a great flourish they break the top off the pot and pour the contents onto a plate. We ate A Lot and I enjoyed the evening entirely.
