My sisters Lona and Windy stopped by for a Welcome Home.
I didn’t talk about the pain in my hip because I think I did it to myself by doing a bunch of exercises for hip-health before the trip to Chicago, exercises that I got off TikTok. Then, in Chicago we walked 10s of 1000s of steps. It only bothered me on stairs and getting up and down on chairs..stairs and chairs. So when I got home I did nothing for days and then I felt better. I’m going to keep my doctor’s appointment and ask for a referral to physical therapy where I can get exercises from a professional instead of making my own plan from off TikTok!
My favorite seat, feet up, fresh breezes from the open door, watching the neighbors pass by.
This guy was way up on the ceiling. EEK?! Rome caught him with a glass and a postcard and delivered him to the front yard.
