SETTLED! My case that was supposed to go on until the end of the month is Done. I want to remember the names of the main guys: James E Curry attorney for the plaintiff and Howard Weitzman attorney for the defendant. They were countersuing each other so I’m not sure how that goes naming-wise.
The case settled in a closed agreement so here’s hoping at some time all will be revealed. I’m hoping for a review of the proceedings in some formal way and I’ll keep an eye out for that.
Randy Phillips was quite a character…let’s see if I can remember any other names. We only saw Tohme and 3-4 other witnesses. Mentioned often: Tom Barrick, Phil Anschuz..
