My ‘traveling nurse’ tenant in the smaller of the two rentals, after a year has finished her internship and is moving on. I’ve got another tenant who will start the next day (help Cecilia!). It was a quick turnover (say I with thanks) since the new tenant was the first and best applicant. She’s a just-graduated veterinarian doing a six month internship at an emergency hospital five blocks from my house. I’m very glad to have it settled! Above is the view out the back door of the rental.
Below me and Ann are leaving our Happy Birthday to US sushi meal. I was out in Northridge at 6 pm and 107 degrees. Look at that sun, sooooo Hot, too hot to even swim in Ann’s pool!
