oH NOOOO, say it ISN’T soo! But if it’s too good to be true, it’s not going to last forever. And now MY CERAGEM is closing due to their Lease Expiring and Santa Monica rents Killing anything but the big chain stores. Is this a Big Fat Bummer or WHAT?!?!
