Alex has been moving us both forward in our journey to d.o.n.e.ville with the house.

I ‘created’ the color for the kitchen today and got the paint guys to mix up a gallon. Me and the guys at the paint store have a relationship now.

I bought sample after sample and in the end not one of the colors I’ve used has been off-the-shelf. It’s been really fun, although also time consuming and a little nerve racking since ANYTHING is possible. I will miss the guys at the paint store.

I also tidied up each room in my place, one by one, moving armloads of things from place to place (and I’m going to have to photoshop out those cords under the table because I’m not moving all that stuff again!)…
